Do not wring or twist the fabric. Dry naturally in shade to avoid colour fading. Iron on low to medium heat from the reverse side. Do not iron directly over embroidery, prints, sequins or embellishments. Dry cleaning is recommended for delicate or heavily embellished garments. Slight colour bleeding during the first wash may occur in some fabrics. Store in a clean and dry place

We offer one free exchange per order for:

- Wrong product received

- A complete unboxing video (showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening, and product) is mandatory.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If unavailable, you may choose another product by paying the price difference.
- Replacement will be shipped after the returned product passes our quality check.
Return & Refund
Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery.
Conditions:
- A valid unboxing video is mandatory.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Reverse pickup is available where serviceable; otherwise, customers must self-ship at their own expense.
- Refund is processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- ₹100 per article will be deducted as return courier charges.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method or another approved method.
Exchange/Return Will Not Be Accepted If
- No valid unboxing video is provided.
- Damage or defect is not visible in the opening video.
- Request is made after 72 hours of delivery.
- Product is used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- Minor color, print, embroidery, or fabric variations due to photography or craftsmanship.
Order Cancellation
- COD Orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Prepaid Orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Rajasthani Trend may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or operational reasons. If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued.
